Joy Behar’s LaFong story!
When Comedian Colin Quinn guested on The Joy Behar Show on HLN, and spoke about Jerry Seinfeld producing his one-man show on Broadway, he joked that no one cared about his name…just Jerry’s! Joy responded with a joke about that happening to her back in the 80’s when she did a gig for Michele LaFong! Joy has told that story many, many times over the years, and although it is an amusing story…that’s what it IS…a story. It would be true had Joy mentioned at the end of it that I really had nothing to do with the sign, and had no prior knowledge of it, and it was solely the venue’s doing. Joy recently guested on Las Vegas Backstage Talk with Comedian Michele LaFong on 1230AM in Las Vegas and online. In the pre-recorded interview, Joy finally admitted that she was aware of this, and understood that but that the story was funnier this way!
